Saying I love you Is not the words I want to hear from you It's not that I want you Not to say, but if you only knew How easy it would be to show me how you feel More than words is all you have to do to make it real Then you wouldn't have to say that you love me Cos I'd already know
What would you do if my heart was torn in two More than words to show you feel That your love for me is real What would you say if I took those words away Then you couldnt make things new Just by saying I love you
More than words
Now I've tried to talk to you and make you understand All you have to do is close your eyes And just reach out your hands and touch me Hold me close dont ever let me go More than words is all I ever needed you to show Then you wouldn't have to say that you love me Cos I'd already know
What would you do if my heart was torn in two More than words to show you feel That your love for me is real What would you say if I took those words away Then you couldn't make things new Just by saying I love you
i reached that cos today i had a lot of empty time to think in between classes :D
see its like this. from a marketing prospective, companies know that people in developing and developed countries are now busy, and from there theres an affluence as well as a lack of time which breeds the need and want for convenience.
and of course, companies deliver where there's demand! convenience is created in many ways...delivery services, disposable containers and the such(i quote food related items due to the fact that its the one thing on my mind the most :P).
according to a show i watched once, and this website, China produces and disposes of 45 billion pairs of chopsticks yearly. that's just China. consider the other large Asian countries like Japan, Korea, and even closer to home, all the S.E Asian countries. that's a staggering number of trees taken down daily just so we dont need to bother with the details after our meals.
of course, im not saying i'm innocent. i eat out for virtually every meal. the meals i dont eat out, its instant noodles and that's plastic usage in loads. i could technically buy groceries and cook for every meal, but i think i would incur higher costs for hospital bills and even break a term in my insurance policy(It states, no extreme sports. Yes, my cooking is an extreme sport in its own right).
considering that, its very possible that at any given moment, some crazed eco activist is gonna parasail in the windows next to my computer and hold me ransom with the threat to kill me by oxygen overload :O (have to do that, the other ways of killing is not eco friendly you know. they are eco activists, crazy, but they still want to benefit the environment.)
oh look, a helicopter...and a guy's coming down. eh wait? shit?

running off the tangent is considered normalcy here. an insightful post is what you make of it. comments welcome.
opposing opinions are also welcome, though best if you stay and argue to the end.
